About the Role
~1 min readRondah is looking for a highly capable engineer who can develop a deep understanding of our systems and help own technical operations end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across the stack, and operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to investigate support requests, debug production issues, and contribute improvements across the platform.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, curious, and comfortable touching every part of the stack.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve technical support tickets
- Investigate and debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Build a strong understanding of the overall system architecture and workflows
- Own issues end-to-end from investigation through resolution
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and product quality
- Contribute fixes, tooling improvements, automations, and operational enhancements
- Monitor production systems and proactively identify issues
- Communicate technical findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adapt quickly to new systems, technologies, and workflows
Requirements

- Experience working across multiple layers of the stack
- Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand complex systems quickly
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently
- Experience supporting or maintaining production systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Requirements

- Full-stack engineering background
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows
- Experience with APIs, databases, distributed systems, and monitoring tools
- Experience handling customer-facing technical issues
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
