Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or related technical field required.
- →Experience: 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience (e.g., Senior Operations Manager, Business Unit Manager, or Plant Manager) within a complex manufacturing or maintenance environment. Experience in aviation/aerospace MRO is preferred.
- →Continuous Improvement: Proven track record of implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Visual Management, or continuous improvement strategies that improved quality, reduced TAT, and lowered costs.
- →Direct experience managing operational budgets, workforce planning, labor productivity, and understanding of P&L statements.
- →Familiarity with FAA Part 145, EASA, and OSHA safety standards is highly desirable.
