Taurus is a FINMA-regulated securities firm, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, and a leading European provider of digital asset infrastructure solutions for banks, broker-dealers, corporates, and private companies. Using blockchain technology, our platform covers cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities and assets, digital currencies, and stablecoins. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Project & Organization team. You will play a central role in managing high-impact projects — from the implementation of our platform within financial institutions to strategic cross-functional initiatives. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you will help deliver a seamless, high-quality experience while contributing directly to Taurus's continued growth.

We are looking for a resourceful, forward-thinking, and hands-on professional capable of driving strategic planning, operational execution, and client delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• →Client-Facing Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery projects for our clients (financial institutions, issuers, or LP/market makers). This includes designing operating models and workflows, setting up custody and tokenization platforms, and managing technical implementations in close collaboration with client teams and Taurus' Engineering and Security departments.
• →Internal Strategy & Operations: Deliver cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee, working across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales. Typical assignments involve regulatory filings, business requirement specifications, operational improvements, and international expansion
• →Blockchain Forensics & Due Diligence: Produce high-quality source-of-funds analyses, wallet screening, and crypto due diligence reports using blockchain intelligence tools to support compliance reviews, onboarding, and investigations.
• →Commercial & Operational Support: Contribute to sales RFPs/RFIs, support ad-hoc commercial or operational priorities across the company.

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in project management within a financial services or fintech environment.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset ecosystem (custody, trading, tokenization, staking, derivatives, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver with a high level of attention to detail.
• Precise, organized, autonomous, open-minded, hands-on, and results-oriented — a true self-starter and fast learner.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required
