Art Curator - Project Manager (Environmental Graphics)

At Texas Children's Hospital, every detail of our environment plays a role in the patient and family experience. We're seeking an Art Project Manager (Environmental Graphics) to lead the planning, design, and implementation of our enterprise-wide signage and wayfinding program across new construction, renovations, and campus expansion projects.

As the Art Project Manager (Environmental Graphics), you'll serve as the subject matter expert for environmental graphics, leading projects from concept through installation while partnering with architects, facilities teams, marketing, clinical leadership, and external vendors.

• →Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related design discipline.
• →Three or more years of experience in environmental graphics, signage, graphic communications, facilities planning, architecture, or related project-based design work.
• →Experience leading multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through installation.
• →Strong understanding of architectural plans, shop drawings, scales, and construction documentation.
• →Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to independently drive projects to completion.
• →Technical Skills
  • →Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • →Microsoft Office Suite
  • →Experience with production methods, print technologies, and fabrication processes
  • →Ability to develop construction documents, shop drawings, and production-ready artwork
  • →Understanding of ADA, wayfinding, and environmental graphics best practices is highly preferred.
