Senior Project Engineer

• →Serve as a technical execution contributor across all initiatives.
• →Drive development efforts from concept through validated solution
• →Translate technical ideas into executable engineering work.
• →Support rapid design iterate cycles.
• →Maintain urgency and focus on high-impact development work.
• →Identify and remove barriers slowing technical progress.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Experience: 4–8 years of engineering experience.
• Environment: Experience working in manufacturing or product-based environments.
• Technical Depth: Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and understanding of the engineering development lifecycle.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated capability in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Execution: Experience bringing technical projects from concept through implementation.
• Mindset: Strong ownership mentality and personal accountability for results.
• Agility: Ability to move quickly without waiting for perfect information and comfort operating with limited struct
• Travel: Travel may be required, both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Industry Expertise: Experience in regulated industries such as Aerospace (AS9100), Defense, Naval, or Marine environments.
• Advanced Execution: Experience working in small advanced development teams or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Certifications: CAPM or PMP certification 
• Advanced Education: Advanced engineering degree
• Leadership: Minimum 2 years leading projects or major technical workstreams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with PPAP, qualification, and validation activities.
