The Project Manager – Transformation is responsible for leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives that drive commercial growth, improve operational performance, standardize processes, and deliver strategic change across DP World's integrated supply chain business. 

 

This role partners with leaders across Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Ports & Terminals, Technology, Finance, HR, Commercial, and Operations to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives that align with strategic objectives. The successful candidate excels at influencing without direct authority, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and driving execution in complex, matrixed environments.

 

 

  • Lead end-to-end transformation projects from business case through implementation and benefit realization
  • Develop project charters, governance, workplans, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and deliver shared business outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops to define current-state processes, future-state operating models, and business requirements
  • Drive organizational change by supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities
  • Monitor project health, KPIs, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate where appropriate
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on project status, decisions, risks, and value realization
  • Capture lessons learned and embed best practices to support continuous improvement across the Transformation function

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in Transformation, PMO, Continuous Improvement, Strategy Execution, or Business Excellence environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels without direct authority
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management capabilities
  • Supply Chain industry experience required; experience in Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, and/or Ports & Terminals is strongly preferred
  • Bilingual capability is an advantage where required by the business
