Advanced Quality Engineer - Menominee Area

• →Conduct internal and supplier audits and track findings through closure.
• →Support gage repeatability and reproducibility studies and measurement system analysis.
• →Train production and inspection staff on quality procedures and defect recognition.
• →Report quality metrics and drive continuous improvement projects across the plant.
• →Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for customer complaints and internal quality escapes.
• →Develop and maintain control plans, FMEAs, and inspection standards for production lines.
• →Run capability studies and statistical process control reviews to monitor process stability.
• →Coordinate PPAP submissions and new product launches with engineering and suppliers.

• Working knowledge of core quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Experience with root cause methods such as 8D, 5 Why, and fishbone analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross functional work.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Three or more years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands on experience with CMM programming and GD&T interpretation.
• Auditor certification for ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
• Certified Quality Engineer or similar certification.
• Experience in automotive or aerospace supply chains.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
