EHS Manager - Escanaba Area

• →Manage PPE programs, industrial hygiene sampling and exposure monitoring.
• →Oversee emergency response plans, drills and first aid readiness.
• →Track EHS metrics and present trends to plant leadership.
• →Maintain and update environmental, health and safety programs for the plant.
• →Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify hazards and confirm corrective actions are closed.
• →Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for injuries and near misses.
• →Coordinate OSHA and environmental compliance reporting and recordkeeping.
• →Deliver safety training and onboarding for new and existing employees.

• or more years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective action programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for training and reporting.
• Ability to work on the plant floor across shifts.
• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering or a related field.

• Experience with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management systems.
• Background in industrial hygiene or ergonomics.
• Experience with behavior based safety programs.
• Familiarity with workers compensation case management.
• Certified Safety Professional or similar certification.
