Engineering Manager - Iron Mountain Area

• →Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians, setting priorities and performance goals.

• Several years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience supervising or leading engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience managing capital projects and budgets.

• Professional Engineer license or advanced technical degree.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or controls systems.
• Six Sigma or lean certification.
• Background in regulated industries such as automotive or medical devices.
• Experience with ERP or maintenance management software.
