Operations Manager - Allendale Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• →Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
• →Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and line employees.
• →Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• →Collaborate with supply chain and quality control to ensure seamless operations.
• →Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
