Operations Manager - Norton Shores Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.

• Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production staff.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
