Operations Manager - Walker Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• →Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize processes.
• →Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff.
• →Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• →Collaborate with supply chain and quality departments to ensure seamless operations.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software

• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with an ERP system implementation or significant upgrade
• Fluency in Spanish or a second language relevant to the local workforce
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members for career advancement
