Operations Manager - Whitehall Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Whitehall that are seeking skilled Operations Managers. • →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• →Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
• →Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• →Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and operators.
• →Implement and monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• →Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve production issues and improve product design.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

• Additional certifications or training
