Process Engineer - Allegan Area

• →Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• →Design, implement, and monitor process control systems.
• →Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and technologies into production.
• →Create and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, flowcharts, and operating procedures.
• →Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Experience with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of implementing effective solutions.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
