Responsibilities

- →Design and implement process improvements using lean and six sigma methodologies.
- →Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process transfers.
- →Monitor key process indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- →Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including P&IDs, flowcharts, and work instructions.
- →Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Project management experience in a manufacturing setting
