Process Engineer - Cadillac Area

• →Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• →Design, implement, and validate new equipment and process changes.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• →Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement using statistical methods.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process integration.
• →Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including P&IDs and work instructions.
• →Support new product introductions by defining and establishing manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, PFDs, and manufacturing process controls.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certifications (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt).
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) for process modeling and optimization.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate process insights.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and their application in manufacturing processes.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
