Process Engineer - Caledonia Area

• →Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and operating procedures.
• →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions and process transfers.
• →Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools.
• →Provide technical support and training to production personnel on new and existing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Experience with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher)
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing)
