Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
- →Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis techniques to monitor and improve process performance.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, production, quality) to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
- →Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- →Lead and participate in process validation activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, PRO/II) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (Green Belt or higher certification preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects
- Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 concepts
- Experience with Process Simulation software
