Process Engineer - DeWitt Area

• →Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and SOPs.
• →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt certification) for process optimization.
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and other process documentation.
