Process Engineer - Fremont Area

We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Process Engineers. • →Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and PFDs.
• →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new products and processes from R&D to manufacturing.
• →Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• →Specify and procure new equipment or modify existing equipment to enhance process capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., MiniTab, JMP, Python, R).
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, PFDs, and other engineering documentation.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
