Process Engineer - Jenison Area

• →Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and product non-conformities.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis techniques to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, production, quality) to ensure successful new product introductions and process transfers.
• →Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and materials to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• →Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• →Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
• Experience with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot process issues and implement effective corrective actions.

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience implementing automation solutions (e.g., robotics, AGVs).
