Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- →Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure product quality and consistency.
- →Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new products and processes from R&D to production.
- →Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- →Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and flowcharts.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions for improvement.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Experience with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and other safety review techniques.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
- Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- Experience in a specific manufacturing process relevant to the company's industry
