Process Engineer - Manistee Area

• →Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and standard operating procedures.
• →Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products and processes into production.
• →Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and utilize statistical process control (SPC) to ensure process stability and capability.
• →Evaluate and select new equipment, technologies, and materials to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt certification).
• Proficient in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of process control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC) and instrumentation.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that lead to increased efficiency, cost savings, or quality enhancements.

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM)
