Process Engineer - Mason Area

• →Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and P&IDs.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and process integration.
• →Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data analysis.
• Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and CAD tools.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques
