Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- →Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and develop corrective actions.
- →Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- →Lead process validation activities for new equipment, products, and process changes.
- →Provide technical support and training to production personnel on new processes and equipment.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, AutoCAD P&ID) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Experience with Process Simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Project management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, PLC programming)
