Process Engineer - St. Johns Area

• →Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and work instructions.
• →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor and improve process performance.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer new products from design to production.
• →Identify and implement capital projects for process improvement and capacity expansion.
• →Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all process designs and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic).
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning).
