Process Engineer - Walker Area

• →Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• →Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and work instructions.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions and process improvements.
• →Monitor key process indicators and implement statistical process control measures.
• →Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance production capabilities.
• →Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all process designs.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using tools like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and other engineering documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, aerospace)
