Process Engineer - Whitehall Area

• →Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• →Design and implement process control strategies and systems.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
• →Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process transfers.
• →Generate and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and SOPs.
• →Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using data-driven approaches.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards relevant to manufacturing processes.

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (Green Belt or higher certification preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data science).
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic, Aspen Hysys).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
