Process Engineer - Wyoming Area

• →Optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• →Designing and implementing process improvements and new equipment.
• →Conducting root cause analysis for production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• →Developing and maintaining process documentation, including P&IDs and work instructions.
• →Monitoring process performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• →Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process integration.
• →Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of process control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC) and instrumentation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Lean Manufacturing certification or extensive practical experience
