• →Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with manufacturing goals.
• →Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
• →Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across manufacturing projects, ensuring timely resolution.
• →Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors in a manufacturing environment.
• →Monitor project progress, performance, and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet manufacturing standards.
• →Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements specific to manufacturing.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through effective project management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
