• →Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver manufacturing initiatives on time and within budget.
• →Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.

• →Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Facilitate design reviews, process improvements, and validation activities for new products or processes.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise (e.g., Agile, Lean).
• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles.

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 concepts
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
