• PMP or other industry-recognized project management certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Proven ability to manage projects involving automation or new technology implementation.
