Project Manager - Wayland Area

• →Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, for manufacturing initiatives.
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to ensure project success.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex manufacturing projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• PMP or other relevant project management certification (e.g., CSM, PgMP)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in project management software beyond basic tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior project managers
