Quality Engineer - Battle Creek Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• →Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• →Lead and participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product design and manufacturing processes.
• →Validate and qualify new equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation using tools like Minitab or JMP
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5 Whys)

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis and process improvement.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
