Quality Engineer - Caledonia Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality defects.
• →Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
• →Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• →Design and implement quality inspection plans and test methods.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP).
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other ASQ certifications
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Familiarity with specific industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485 for medical devices, IATF 16949 for automotive)
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives in a manufacturing setting
