Responsibilities

  • →Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
  • →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • →Monitor and analyze manufacturing process data to identify quality trends and areas for improvement.
  • →Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality from concept to launch.
  • →Design and execute experiments to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product reliability.
  • →Train production personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards
  • Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, PPAP)
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation
  • ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) preferred

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
