Quality Engineer - Delta Township Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• →Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
• →Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality of new products.
• →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to drive process stability and capability.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong understanding and application of quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSQP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficiency in Minitab or other statistical analysis tools.
