Quality Engineer - Lansing Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• →Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.
• →Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• →Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
• →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to drive data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and application of quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, MSA).
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSGB)
• Experience with Minitab or other statistical software
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
• Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
• Experience with ISO 9001 audits
