Quality Engineer - Newaygo Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• →Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• →Utilize statistical methods to analyze process data and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSGB)
• Experience with Minitab or other statistical software
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
• Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
