Quality Engineer - Spring Lake Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• →Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• →Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
• →Perform product inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product manufacturability and quality.
• →Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• →Maintain and update quality documentation, including FMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys).
• Experience with metrology, inspection techniques, and quality assurance tools.

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSQP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with Minitab or other statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
