Quality Engineer - Whitehall Area

We are partnering with organizations in Whitehall that are seeking Quality Engineers. • →Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of non-conforming products and processes.
• →Design and execute experiments to improve product quality and reliability.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product design and manufacturing.
• →Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• →Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Train manufacturing personnel on quality standards, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Experience with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSSGB)
• Experience with Minitab or other statistical software
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• Experience with FMEAs, PPAPs, and Control Plans
