Quality Engineer - Wyoming Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• →Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• →Utilize statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve product quality.
• →Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• →Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• →Manage and resolve customer quality complaints and feedback.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem-solving.
• →Validate new product designs and manufacturing processes for quality assurance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D).
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data.

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSGB)
• Experience with Minitab or other statistical software
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
• Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
