Reliability Engineer - Delta Township Area

• →Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• →Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• →Optimize maintenance procedures and spare parts inventory.
• →Lead and facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• →Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability projects.
• →Implement and track key reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, or oil analysis.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems beyond basic data entry (e.g., system configuration, report generation, integration).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
