Reliability Engineer - Fremont Area

• →Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• →Analyze equipment failures and root causes to implement corrective actions.
• →Optimize maintenance procedures and schedules to improve asset uptime.
• →Conduct reliability studies and risk assessments for new and existing equipment.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability best practices into design and operations.
• →Utilize data analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in asset performance.
• →Lead efforts to reduce maintenance costs and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems and reliability software for data analysis and asset management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve asset performance.

• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
• Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis and automation (e.g., Python, R).
• Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes relevant to the industry (e.g., machining, assembly, chemical processing).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software beyond basic user functions.
