Reliability Engineer - Wayland Area

• →Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• →Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• →Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
• →Analyze equipment performance data to identify reliability risks.
• →Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on equipment design and upgrades.
• →Implement and manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data for reliability.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives for asset reliability and uptime.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with FMEA, RCA, and other reliability tools.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent.
• Strong data analysis skills, including statistical process control (SPC) and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Ability to mentor and train maintenance personnel on reliability best practices.
