Supply Chain Manager - Caledonia Area

• →Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• →Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts and performance monitoring.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other large-scale ERP systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Multilingual, particularly in languages relevant to global suppliers or markets.
