Supply Chain Manager - Coldwater Area

• →Maintain accurate supply chain records and reports in the ERP system.
• →Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce lead times and cost.
• →Oversee daily procurement, inventory, and logistics activities across the plant.
• →Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• →Monitor inventory levels and adjust reorder points to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• →Coordinate material flow with production planning to meet build schedules.
• →Track supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• →Manage freight and shipping costs and carrier relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• or more years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory control and demand planning methods.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

• Familiarity with international sourcing and customs processes.
• Data analysis skills using Excel or business intelligence tools.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Background in automotive or other high-volume production environments.
