Supply Chain Manager - Hart Area

• →Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material purchasing.

• →Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• →Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and improving on-time delivery
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with SAP IBP or other advanced planning systems
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
