Supply Chain Manager - Kentwood Area

• →Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• →Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• →Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to ensure material availability.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes and technology.
• →Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales to align supply chain activities with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
• Project management experience, especially with ERP or WMS implementations
