Supply Chain Manager - Manistee Area

• →Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• →Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
• →Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus

• Experience with an ERP implementation or major upgrade
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Fluency in a second language, particularly relevant to global supply chains
